ISTUD Foundation
ISTUD Foundation is an independent business school operating in the EU in the field of executive education, advanced lifelong learning and management research. It was founded in 1970 by Assolombarda (the most important industrial association in Italy) and a group of Italian and multinational companies. From 2005 ISTUD has become a private non profit foundation. It is a SME that, as independent advanced centre of management research and training, acts as a ‘bridge’ between academy and the world of professions. Its mission is to consolidate and spread a management culture based on CSR, multiculturalism, professional upright and value production.
Maria Laura Fornaci
Degree in Philosophy and Master in Online Education and Training. She has a solid experience in education, vocational training and policy design in support to entrepreneurship. She has designed and managed several projects both at European level in the V and VI framework program and LLP and ERASMUS+, and national level, related to the implementation of innovation measures and pilot initiatives in favor of startups and entrepreneurs, acting both as project manager and consultant. She is also the Executive Director of the Triple Helix Association.
Tommaso Limonta
Degree in Modern History, Master in International Affairs at ISPI, Master in Business Management at ISTUD. He is junior researcher at the Fondazione ISTUD. Currently he carries out his main research activities on human resources and organisation studies, with a particular emphasis on multicultural approaches in training programmes for managers and executives. He coordinates the activities linked to the analogical methodology and he is the project manager of “Analogies. Lessons for managers”.
